Santiago is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Don't You Wish You Were Me-Fozzy. Antonio Santiago has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses with an uppercut.
Santiago getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Santiago walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lee looks to land a left hand but Santiago moved out of range nicely.
The fighters circling - Lee throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Lee tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Santiago was well out of range. Poor timing from Lee.
Lee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Santiago shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lee as he avoids it easily.
Lee misses with a double jab.

Santiago changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lee looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Santiago is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
