Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Juan Gonzalez (ranked 7351 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kennedy Devlin (ranked 6070 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kennedy Devlin was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Devlin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gonzalez circles away quickly and effectively.
Gonzalez drops down looking for a counter takedown but Devlin sprawls and moves away.
Gonzalez closes the distance and clinches up with Devlin, looking for a takedown. Gonzalez pushes Devlin against the cage but Devlin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gonzalez gets control of Devlin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gonzalez will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Devlin tries to stand but Gonzalez is controlling from the bottom.

Devlin wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Gonzalez's closed guard. He's half up but Gonzalez has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Gonzalez pivots and extends the arm, Devlin falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Gonzalez! Well done that man!
