1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Alphonso Aguilar ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tayla Leech! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aguilar shoots in but Leech avoids the takedown attempt easily. Leech has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Aguilar goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Aguilar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Aguilar misses the shot to the body. Leech moves into the clinch. A right handed body shot lands from Leech.
Aguilar tries to pull guard but Leech holds him up against the cage and eventually Aguilar drops back down to his feet.
Aguilar manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aguilar takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Leech clinches. Aguilar fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alphonso Aguilar . That's going to take a lot out of him. A short body shot lands from Leech as the two fighters clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aguilar struggles to land a body shot inside as Leech controls his hands.
Leech presses Aguilar against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Leech has Aguilar pressed against the cage.
Come on Leech - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Aguilar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Leech with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Leech effectively controlling the action here. Leech lands a left hand.
Leech is leaning against Aguilar and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Leech working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Aguilar takes a shot to the head. Aguilar has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Leech uses from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Leech engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Leech trying to control but Aguilar is working from the bottom.

This has been an exciting period of action! Aguilar looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Leech is defending well. Aguilar quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Leech has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Aguilar celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
