Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Genius checks a low kick from Watson.
Watson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
As Watson tries to get set, Genius tries to push him back and clinch up but Watson manages to avoid the attempt.
Watson scores with a head kick. Genius tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Watson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Watson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Watson feints and then cracks Genius's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Genius down.

and Genius counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Genius uses his free foot to push down on Watson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Watson.
