Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brent Wyatt (ranked 4620 p4p, 438 weight class) and Conor OMalley (ranked 4101 p4p, 405 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brent Wyatt! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Conor OMalley! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Danga de danga de dang - Wyatt scores with a four punch combination! OMalley misses with a left hand letting Wyatt counter with a right hand. OMalley has managed to clinch.
Wyatt is trying to break the clinch but OMalley is controlling him. Wyatt breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
OMalley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wyatt as he avoids it easily. Wyatt tries to counter by moving into the clinch but OMalley manages to circle out of the way. Wyatt's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Wyatt duly obliges. Wyatt fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with OMalley, pushing him back against the cage. Wyatt wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but OMalley has him pressed against the cage. OMalley is working for takedown but Wyatt is calmly controlling the position for now. OMalley misses with a body punch.
OMalley goes for a takedown attempt but Wyatt pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Brent Wyatt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Conor OMalley. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wyatt slaps away a takedown attempt from OMalley, before circling back to the center of the mat. Wyatt's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Wyatt duly obliges. Wyatt paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. OMalley has his takedown stuffed and Wyatt counters with a straight right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. A cross from Wyatt lands. Wyatt connects with a body shot that sends OMalley's belly button to the back. Wyatt works OMalley's body with a nice hook. Wyatt with a hook. Brent Wyatt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. OMalley doesn't manage to clinch there - Wyatt circles away.
OMalley takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. OMalley tries for a takedown but Wyatt circles away easily and Wyatt counters by clinching up. A short uppercut from Wyatt. OMalley tries to pull guard but Wyatt won't allow it.
Wyatt lands with a right to the head. A short left from Wyatt.
OMalley is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. OMalley is still on wobbly legs! Can Wyatt finish him? Wyatt breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
OMalley seems to have recovered his senses. Donk. Wyatt catches OMalley right on the button with a cross.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wyatt instigates a clinch. OMalley is trying to pull guard but Wyatt turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. OMalley tries for a takedown but Wyatt manages to get underhooks.
OMalley is looking for a takedown. OMalley looks winded! Wyatt has had enough of the clinch but OMalley keeps him there for the moment. OMalley drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Wyatt gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Wyatt is trying to force a seperation but OMalley has the dominant position. Wyatt is trying to break free. OMalley is trying to pull guard but Wyatt has him pressed against the cage. OMalley misses with some punches.
Wyatt scores with an uppercut up the middle. OMalley wants to break free but Wyatt has control.
Wyatt lands with a short shot to the head. Wyatt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. OMalley with a lazy takedown attempt and Wyatt counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Wyatt definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wyatt gets a clinch. OMalley keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Wyatt's efforts to push away. OMalley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Wyatt creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Wyatt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wyatt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but OMalley circles away quickly and effectively. Wyatt pushes OMalley up against the cage in a clinch. Wyatt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
OMalley takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
OMalley shoots in looking for a takedown but Wyatt manages to keep the fight standing, pushing OMalley's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Wyatt tries to counter by moving into the clinch but OMalley manages to circle out of the way. Wyatt lands a big right hand that sends OMalley crashing to the mat! Wyatt stays standing though and waves OMalley back to his feet! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wyatt darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! OMalley's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Wyatt before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Brent Wyatt!
