Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Diego Gaspar (ranked 2106 p4p, 102 weight class) and Mick Mulvaney (ranked 862 p4p, 42 weight class). Mulvaney is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Rocky Road To Dublin. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Diego Gaspar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mick Mulvaney! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mulvaney scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gaspar doesn't seem bothered though. Mulvaney connects with a jab. Mulvaney clinches up with Gaspar and pushes him back against the cage. Gaspar misses with an elbow over the top. Gaspar jumps guard but Mulvaney turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Mulvaney is trying to trip Gaspar. He has hold of a leg but Gaspar is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mulvaney persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Mulvaney postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mulvaney working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Gaspar's head. Gaspar is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Mulvaney pushes Gaspar off looking to stand but Gaspar dives back in and keeps control.
Gaspar is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Mulvaney sees it coming and defends easily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mulvaney is refusing to be controlled, as Gaspar sits in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gaspar is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mulvaney doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Gaspar. Mulvaney is trying to stand.
Gaspar works his foot free and advances to mount. Gaspar trying to control but Mulvaney is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Gaspar working for a guillotine from mount but Mulvaney is in no mood to give up. Gaspar wants to control the pace but Mulvaney is squirming around nicely. Gaspar controlling the pace for now. Mulvaney is squirming around, avoiding Gaspar's attempts to control the action. Gaspar controlling from the full mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gaspar moves to take his opponent's back. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Gaspar's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Mulvaney trying to get back to his feet but Gaspar is in full control for now. Gaspar is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Mulvaney with him. Mulvaney is trying to defend but Gaspar has an arm under the chin now! Mulvaney grimaces and is forced to tap out!
