The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marley throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Glover tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Marley is in Glover's guard.
Marley trying to control the position from guard on top but Glover is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Marley drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Glover dives on top into guard.
Marley working for a triangle but Glover defends it easily.
Glover has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Marley is proving hard to escape from.
Marley wants to stand and escape but Glover is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Marley is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Glover defends well.
Glover has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Marley quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Glover has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Marley celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

A less than humble Eric Marley misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
