The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonovich misses the shot to the body.
Ring tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Antonovich takes a swing at Ring's ribcage but misses.
Antonovich bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Ring ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Antonovich lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Antonovich misses with a low kick as Ring jumps back.
Ring shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Antonovich as he jumps to the side.
Ring has his takedown stuffed
and Antonovich counters with a nice uppercut.
Ring takes one to the side of the head.
Ring on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Antonovich works the jab nicely.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ring shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Antonovich pinned against the cage. Antonovich gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Antonovich is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Petr Antonovich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ken Ring.
Ring tries to score a power double leg takedown but Antonovich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ring somewhat.

Ring keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nice takedown defense from Antonovich. No joy for Ring on that attempt.

Antonovich cracks Ring with a good jab.
Antonovich connects with a right hand. Ring shakes it off.
Antonovich displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ring.
and Antonovich counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Ring! He's just covering up as Antonovich starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
