Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Egon Graumuller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rafal Mazur!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graumuller jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mazur drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Graumuller defends it well.
Mazur throws a head kick that Graumuller semi-blocks.
Mazur misses with a head kick.
Mazur lands with a cross.
Mazur misses with a head kick.
Mazur has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Graumuller is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Graumuller has Mazur up against the cage in a clinch.
Graumuller prevents Mazur from breaking the clinch.

Mazur prevents a takedown attempt there.
Graumuller with an attempt at a knee that misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mazur pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Graumuller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mazur tries to avoid it but Graumuller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mazur to the ground. Mazur escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Graumuller gets a takedown into half guard.
Mazur wants to stand back up but Graumuller manages to pass into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Graumuller trying to control the position but Mazur is working away.
Mazur wants to control but Graumuller postures up.
Mazur is not content to let Graumuller control the position.
The referee asks Graumuller politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Graumuller prefers to stall for the moment though.

Graumuller working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Graumuller tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Graumuller has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

A lull in the action here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Graumuller is trying to get an arm triangle but Mazur is defending well.
Graumuller wants to control but Mazur is keeping him busy.
Mazur tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Graumuller has managed to slip his arm under Mazur's chin. This could be all over... yep, Mazur is tapping out! Submission win for Graumuller.
