Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Great Tiger (ranked 5232 p4p, 393 weight class) and AJ Daniels (ranked 4647 p4p, 362 weight class). AJ Daniels is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Great Tiger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, AJ Daniels! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tiger lands the left hand. Great Tiger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Daniels throws a lazy uppercut
and Tiger counters with a nice uppercut. A solid leg kick lands there for Tiger.
Tiger lands a head shot. Daniels gets in close and instigates a clinch. Tiger digs a right hand into Daniels's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Daniels's gas tank. Tiger gets through Daniels's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Tiger lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Daniels or not. Tiger lands a hook to the side of the head. Tiger prevents a body shot from Daniels. Tiger scores with a shot to the side of Daniels's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! That's three minutes gone in the round. Tiger thows a huge punch but Daniels dodges it nicely.
Tiger not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Tiger seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tiger lands a nice short elbow. Daniels looks like he's trying to stand up.

The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. We've been informed that Daniels has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Daniels blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tiger. Daniels wants to get back to full guard. Daniels is refusing to be controlled, as Tiger sits in half guard. Great Tiger dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tiger lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Tiger clobbers Daniels with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Daniels shoots and misses and Tiger cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Tiger lands with a cross. Tiger scores with a punch to the head. Tiger throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Daniels tumbling to the canvas! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Daniels avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Tiger postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Tiger trying to control but Daniels is working from the bottom. Daniels is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Daniels thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tiger distracts Daniels with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Daniels keeping moving, preventing Tiger from controlling successfully. Daniels looking to hit a scissor sweep but Tiger is one step ahead there.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. A kick lands to the mid section there for Tiger. Tiger with a hook. Tiger feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Danielss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Tiger throws a nice inside leg kick. AJ Daniels is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tiger moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Daniels is breathing heavily. Daniels walks into a straight right hand from Tiger. Tiger lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Daniels backs up against the cage.
Nice combo by Tiger! Oh, that's hurt him - Daniels falls to the canvas and Tiger follows him into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tiger working the head with strikes. Tiger controlling the position. Tiger works to advance to full mount. Daniels defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Great Tiger dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Daniels takes a shot right to the bread basket. Daniels doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tiger counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tiger feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Danielss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Daniels crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tiger - the referee stops the clock and Daniels gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tiger. Daniels manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Tiger scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. It's a brutal combination of punches from Tiger! Daniels is backing up but he can't get away as Tiger lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Daniels and ends the fight. Great knockout.
