Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Love Machine (ranked 2978 p4p, 259 weight class) and Wasyl Plutov (ranked 2286 p4p, 225 weight class). Machine comes to the cage accompanied by Tubthumping. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Plutov throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Plutov's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Plutov duly obliges.

It looks like Love Machine has been cut.
Machine throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Plutov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Machine throws a body shot but no joy.
Plutov is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Machine scores with a nice strike.
We've been told by Machine's head coaches at Kaptajnernes Træningscenter that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Machine is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Plutov.
Plutov is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

and Plutov counters with a good low kick that Machine was not able to check.

Machine paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Plutov rushes Machine with punches - Machine moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Machine goes down! Plutov follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

During a confident post fight interview, Wasyl Plutov thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
