Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Blaze (ranked 5659 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yousri Hlali (ranked 5905 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hlali dives in for a single leg takedown but Blaze sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Hlali might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Blaze has got the better of the exchanges.

Blaze closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Hlali! Blaze dives in looking to finish! Hlali is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Johnny Blaze was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
