Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson misses with a head kick.
Anderson throws a series of punches but Nogueira avoids them all with ease.
Nogueira tries to clinch but Anderson is having none of it.
Nogueira moves in looking to clinch but Anderson pushes him off.

Anderson shoots for a double leg takedown but Nogueira sprawls well. He's pushed Anderson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Nogueira will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

and Anderson counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Anderson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Anderson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nogueira's head.

Nogueira had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Anderson is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Nogueira Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Anderson's back instead.

Well Anderson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
