Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Lang (ranked 973 p4p, 126 weight class) and Quinoa Smiff (ranked 3069 p4p, 339 weight class). Lang comes to the cage accompanied by Granite Breaker. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Smiff jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Smiff tries to clinch but Lang moves out of range.

and Lang cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Smiff fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lang avoids it really well and circles away.

Smiff shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lang eats them both and turns towards Smiff to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

A relieved looking David Lang thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Quinoa Smiff stepped up to the mic, saying 'He is on steroids!'.
