Gonza buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Potter ducks under a wild hook from Gonza.
Gonza moves out of range of the strikes.
Gonza tries to close the distance and clinch but Potter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Potter doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Gonza. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Gonza.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Potter can't find room to land a body shot as Gonza controls the action.

Gonza is looking to control Potter's arms but Potter gets an underhook and turns him. Now Gonza has his back to the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Potter shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Gonza is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Potter can do to turn this around?
Gonza fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Potter manages to avoid it.
Gonza jabs Potter to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Potter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gonza throws a body shot but no joy.
Gonza lands a jab to the head.
BOOM! Gonza lands a beautiful left hook that drops Potter. Potter tries to recover but Gonza is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Potter lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

A very excited looking Captain Gonza rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
