Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Murray Woods (ranked 7728 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Allen (ranked 5883 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Murray Woods! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Larry Allen! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Allen closes the distance and clinches. Allen jumps guard.
Woods has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Woods wants to stand but Allen has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Allen is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Allen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Woods has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Allen is proving hard to escape from. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Woods slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allen has a closed guard, preventing Woods from standing up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A nice combination there by Allen.
It looks like Murray Woods has been cut. Woods takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Woods really is a fat lump. Allen shoots in and bounces Woods off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Allen is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Woods is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Allen presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Allen is looking to break free of the clinch but Woods has double underhooks. Allen misses with some punches.
Allen changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Woods fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Allen shoots in looking for a takedown. Woods tries to sprawl out of it but Allen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Woods manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Woods closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Woods controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Allen missing with punches from the bottom.
Woods looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Allen is trying to stand.
Woods decides to return to a standing position. Allen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Allen misses with a takedown and Woods counters with a nice uppercut. Murray Woods has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Larry Allen.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Allen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Woods seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Woods wants to get up but he can't break Allen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Larry Allen will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Murray Woods's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Woods changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Allen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Allen struggling a bit here. Allen might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Woods haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Allen is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Woods is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Allen can't escape the position.
Woods is standing up, even though he is in mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Woods gets in close and instigates a clinch. Woods gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Allen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allen tries to pull guard but Woods holds him up against the cage and eventually Allen drops back down to his feet.
Allen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Woods drops down looking for an ankle pick but Allen pulls his leg out and moves away.
Woods drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Woods wants to stand but Allen is controlling his arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Allen is looking to reverse the position. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Allen manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Allen works his way into full mount! Woods regains half guard. Allen wants to take a breather but Woods is having none of it. Woods is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Allen pulls his head out easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Woods is refusing to be controlled, as Allen sits in half guard. Woods tries to get to full guard but Allen has control of the leg. Allen is trying to control. Woods wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Woods pushes Allen off but Allen dives into side control.
Allen controlling the position from side mount. Allen trying to control the action but Woods is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Allen wants to stand but Woods is controlling his arm. Woods is trying to improve his position. Allen is looking to take a break and control but Woods is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Woods tries to buck Allen off but Allen is having none of it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Larry Allen will probably get the nod - 10:9. The cut man is working on Murray Woods's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Woods tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Allen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Allen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. As Allen tries to get set, Woods tries to push him back and clinch up but Allen manages to avoid the attempt. Allen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Woods is staying active underneath Allen, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Allen is nestled in close to Woods, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Allen is trying to control. Woods wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Woods is defending against the submission attempts here by Allen.
Allen tries to stand but can't do so whilst Woods controls his leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Allen uses his free foot to push down on Woods's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Woods. Allen trying to control but he's not successful this time. Allen moves to the back. Allen tries to keep control of the position but Woods is staying busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Allen misses with an elbow to the head. Woods defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

Allen has the hooks in. Woods is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Woods is working hard here to advance position. Allen is looking for the choke from the back position but Woods is controlling his hands well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Woods rolls, trying to escape but Allen keeps control of the position.
Woods is trying to stand back up. Woods is trying to roll into a better position but Allen has get a rear naked choke and Woods is forced to tap out! This one is allllll over!
