Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Bong Ki Duk (ranked 4497 p4p, 439 weight class) and Junior Dos Santos (ranked 7217 p4p, 577 weight class). Ki Duk's entrance music is north korea's national anthem. A fine choice. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Junior Dos Santos!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Patrick Alders.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

Dos Santos is working for a guillotine from mount but Ki Duk frees his head quite easily.
Ki Duk is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Ki Duk tries to lock up and control but Dos Santos gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Dos Santos looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Ki Duk sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Dos Santos is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Ki Duk doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Dos Santos.

Junior Dos Santos decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
