Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Joe (ranked 5471 p4p, 634 weight class) and General Snus (ranked 3890 p4p, 508 weight class). Joe comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - Big Iron. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, General Snus! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe avoids a punch combination nicely.
Oooooh!!! Joe has knocked Snus down with a huge combo! Joe steps away and waves a wobbly Snus back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like General Snus has been cut. Joe swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Joe throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Snus. Joe staying out of range there. Joe tries to bum rush Snus with a series of wild strikes but Snus uses good footwork to avoid the assault. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Snus throws a looping overhand right but Joe ducks down to avoid it. It looked like Joe was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Joe moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. No joy there for Joe, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Snus throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Snus tries to keep at a distance but Joe has taken the fight into the clinch. Snus is trying to force a seperation but Joe has the dominant position. Snus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Don Joe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Snus takes a swing at Joe's ribcage but misses. Joe appears to be looking for a big counter. Joe gets a clinch. Joe breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Joe looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Joe avoids a lazy jab quite easily. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Snus in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Joe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Snus lands a really nice looking cross but Joe seems unphased.
