Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Jensen (ranked 7654 p4p, 640 weight class) and Alex Valentine (ranked 4701 p4p, 495 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Valentine's choice of entrance music: Bloodborne OST - Gehrman, The First Hunter. Alex Valentine is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anthony Jensen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Valentine! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jensen throws the left hand but Valentine avoids the punch easily. Valentine is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jensen. Jensen tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Valentine looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Jensen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Valentine manages to avoid it. Jensen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jensen wants it to stay on the feet. Valentine shoots in but no luck this time. Anthony Jensen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Valentine. Valentine has a takedown stuffed. Valentine looking to score a takedown here. Jensen is defending well but Valentine drives through and ends up in Jensen's guard. Valentine won't allow Jensen to get back to his feet. Jensen wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Valentine manages to pass to side control. Jensen is trying to stand up here but Valentine is controlling him well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Valentine works his way into side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Valentine tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jensen wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Valentine tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Jensen tries to escape but Valentine is in control. Valentine advances nicely into full mount. Valentine is working for a guillotine from mount but Jensen frees his head quite easily.
Valentine takes Jensen's back. Jensen is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Valentine is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Jensen taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Valentine.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Alex Valentine! Alex Valentine decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
