Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jobber Chamberpot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gustavo Safra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jobber Chamberpot has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jobber Chamberpot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo Safra! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chamberpot shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Safra as he avoids it easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Chamberpot looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Safra keeps the fight on the outside. Safra shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Safra showed some decent athleticism there. Safra looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Chamberpot is trying to get back to full guard. Safra sitting and controlling from the half guard. Chamberpot missing with punches from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Safra works his way into full mount! Safra looking to control and managing it successfully. Chamberpot tries to reverse the position but Safra maintains control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Chamberpot swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Safra takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Safra's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Safra won't let Chamberpot get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Chamberpot is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Safra lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Safra controlling the pace for now. Chamberpot is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Chamberpot is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chamberpot tries to get back to half guard but can't. Safra tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Chamberpot is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Chamberpot wants to control but Safra is having none of it. Safra controlling the pace for now.
Despite being in the dominant position, Gustavo Safra just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Safra moves into the clinch successfully.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Chamberpot has Safra pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Safra manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Chamberpot is fighting off a takedown attempt but Safra is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Chamberpot to the mat. Chamberpot regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Safra not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gustavo Safra dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Safra closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Safra in particular looking to stall. Chamberpot gets back to full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Safra advances position into side control! Chamberpot struggling a bit here. Chamberpot wants to get back to his feet. Safra decides to stand back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Chamberpot scores with a kick to the midsection. A punch combination from Chamberpot misses. Jobber Chamberpot is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. An inside leg kick from Chamberpot misses. Safra decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Safra sitting and controlling from the half guard. Chamberpot looks like he's trying to stand up.
Safra controlling the action here. Chamberpot keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Safra is taking a breather. Chamberpot says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Chamberpot won't allow Safra to pass to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Safra performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gustavo Safra showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Safra moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Chamberpot has managed to clinch.
Chamberpot jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Safra walks away with a smile on his face. Chamberpot gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Safra with a poor takedown and Chamberpot counters with a nice kick to the body. Chamberpot wants to clinch but Safra slips to the side and Safra counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Chamberpot's guard now. Safra content to stall in guard here. Safra won't allow Chamberpot to get back to his feet. Safra trying to control but Chamberpot is working from the bottom. Chamberpot will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chamberpot is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Safra is controlling him. Chamberpot kicks Safra off and gets to his feet. Chamberpot gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Safra should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Safra sitting in guard, not really doing much. Gustavo Safra has got the better of the ground game so far. Chamberpot wants to stand and escape but Safra is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Safra won't allow Chamberpot to sweep him here. Chamberpot can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Safra controls the pace. Safra looking to pass the guard. Chamberpot throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Safra thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Safra controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chamberpot kicks Safra off and gets to his feet. Chamberpot tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Safra counters by moving into the clinch. Chamberpot is looking to break free of the clinch but Safra has double underhooks. Chamberpot looking for a takedown. Safra has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chamberpot is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Safra lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Chamberpot wants to control but Safra is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well, if Safra is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Chamberpot is looking to control Safra's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Chamberpot avoid being mounted? Safra looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Chamberpot is in trouble now - Safra has advanced to mount! Jobber Chamberpot has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Gustavo Safra is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Safra controlling from mount.
