Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Oskar Friman (ranked 5352 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Monroe (ranked 4515 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Monroe's choice of entrance music: Deep Ocean - Island drumming. Ricky Monroe has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monroe needs to keep his hands up - Friman had a free shot at his head there.
Friman displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Monroe.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Monroe working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That was a close round but I would say that Oskar Friman will probably get the nod.

Monroe shoots in looking for a takedown. Friman tries to sprawl out of it but Monroe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Friman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

I would just about give that final round to Ricky Monroe.
