Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mike Tyson (ranked 6970 p4p, 565 weight class) and Tun Min Naing (ranked 8090 p4p, 603 weight class). The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naing digs a good hook to Tyson's body.
Tyson works the jab nicely.
Tyson connects with a jab.
Naing lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tyson at a distance.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tyson, as that shot connected.
Tyson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Tyson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Naing's head backwards.
A swing and a miss from Naing.
Naing misses with a few strikes there.
Tyson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Naing's head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Naing shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Tyson eats them both and turns towards Naing to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Mike Tyson has been cut.
Tyson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Naing throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tyson counters with a nice uppercut.
Tyson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tyson tries to bum rush Naing with a series of wild strikes but Naing uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A looping hook to the body misses from Naing. Tyson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Look low, kick high! Tyson uses the oldest trick in the book to send Naing tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Tyson is absolutely delighted - when Naing wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mike Tyson!
