Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hirai Momo!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Harrison landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Momo wants to get back to his feet.

Momo wants to improve his position but Harrison is controlling well.

Momo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harrison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harrison lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Harrison seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Harrison seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Momo for as long as he can get away with.

Harrison decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Momo feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Harrison manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Momo manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Harrison has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Harrison is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Harrison stands up and waves to Momo to follow him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Momo takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
