Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Severi Damage!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jimmy Rage!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Damage goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Rage fails to land with a series of punches.
Damage feinted there with a counter leg kick.
A combination from Rage does no damage.
Rage bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Damage misses with a straight left.
Rage cracks Damage with a right hand to the side of the head.
Rage blocks a head kick by Damage.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Rage on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Rage scores with a three punch combo!


It looks like Severi Damage has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Damage manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rage on his heels. He'll look to pass Rage's guard now, I'm sure.
Damage's corner is telling him to maintain position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rage holds on and takes a little breather.
Damage sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rage's guard.
Damage looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

Damage seems to be looking for submissions.

Rage is looking to escape.
Rage wants to improve his position but Damage is controlling well.
Damage is controlling the pace.
Rage is staying active underneath Damage, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Damage is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Damage trying to pass the guard but Rage defending well.
Rage is looking for a sweep. Damage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rage can do anything to dispel that myth.
Damage wants to control the pace but Rage is squirming around nicely.

Rage wants to control but Damage is having none of it.
Rage tries to buck Damage off but he can't manage it.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Damage working for a guillotine from mount but Rage is in no mood to give up.

Damage is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rage can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Rage takes a swing at Damage's ribcage but misses.
Damage tries a head kick but it misses.
Rage looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

and Rage counters with a left to the body.
Rage scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Rage throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rage connects with a right hand. Damage shakes it off.
Sloppy strikes from Rage. Those never looked like landing.
Rage looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Damage thinks about countering with a body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A head kick misses from Damage.
Rage moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Rage ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Damage tries a head kick but it misses.
Rage is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Rage tries to bum rush Damage with a series of wild strikes but Damage uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Rage misses with a series of wild punches.
Damage is looking for a counter combo.

A right-left combo lands from Rage.
Rage has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Damage takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Damage pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Damage throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rage's waist but Rage gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Damage off to one side.
Jimmy Rage is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rage lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Rage digs a good hook to Damage's body.
A left and a right from Rage both land. Nice combination.
Rage has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Damage is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Damage throws a head kick that misses.
Rage misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Damage.
Rage just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromDamage.
Rage lands a slapping body shot.
Damage drops his hands momentarily and Rage takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Rage throws a shot to the body.
Rage swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rage just misses with a punch to the body.
Damage tried to counter with a leg kick but Rage avoided it.
Damage takes a body punch but keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Damage tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Damage looks to land a body kick but Rage moved away.
Jimmy Rage seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Rage misses with a double jab.
Rage scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.


Damage is rocked!
BOOM! Rage lands a beautiful left hook that drops Damage. Damage tries to recover but Rage is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Damage lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jimmy Rage!
Jimmy Rage seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
