Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ickey Woods (ranked 859 p4p, 100 weight class) and Vlad Black (ranked 3352 p4p, 364 weight class). Woods comes to the cage accompanied by System of a Down- Chop Suey. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nice jab there from Woods.
Black scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Black's coach down at VEGAS Top Team [$699/week] was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Black's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Black walks straight into a right hand from Woods - that's dropped him! Woods jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Black from any more punishment! Black complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ickey Woods really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Knockdown Clothes logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
