Horrible takedown attempt by Azhiev or perhaps it was just good defense by Cuida, which made it look bad.
Cuida stuffs the takedown attempt from Azhiev. Azhiev gets slowly back to his feet.

Gray Cuida has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anzhor Azhiev.

After the fight, Gray Cuida was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Anzhor Azhiev was interviewed post fight and said 'I still want that title shot. Im the most experienced fighter here and everyday wants to see me smash the champ so lets do it whenever he starts ducking me.'.
