Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lisandro Avellaneda (ranked 25413 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Lee (ranked 8426 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee rushes Avellaneda and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!

Avellaneda pulls guard effortlessly.

Lee wants to control from the top but Avellaneda keeps moving.

Lee's coach down at Island Safe Space was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lee's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lee takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Avellaneda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lee tries to avoid it but Avellaneda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lee to the ground. Lee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Avellaneda walks away with a smile on his face. Lee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
