Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Atakan Arslan (ranked 8464 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Llamas (ranked 5270 p4p, 0 weight class). Atakan Arslan has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Atakan Arslan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Diego Llamas! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Llamas slaps away a takedown attempt from Arslan, before circling back to the center of the mat. Arslan doesn't manage to clinch there - Llamas circles away.
Arslan rushes Llamas and presses him up against the cage. Arslan working hard to break the clinch. A left hand lands to the body for Llamas.
Llamas prevents Arslan from breaking the clinch. Llamas is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Arslan is defending well for now. Arslan is trying to break the clinch but Llamas is controlling him. Arslan keeps control of Llamas as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Llamas lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Arslan backwards. Arslan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Arslan takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Llamas.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Llamas. Arslan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Llamas shoots for a takedown but Arslan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Arslan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fight moves into the clinch position. Llamas tries to circle away but Arslan has him pinned against the cage. Llamas wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Arslan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Llamas looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Atakan Arslan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Llamas. Llamas tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Arslan swivels and escapes. Arslan tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Llamas manages to circle out of the way. Llamas doesn't manage to clinch there - Arslan circles away.
Horrible takedown attempt by Arslan or perhaps it was just good defense by Llamas, which made it look bad. Llamas throws a counter combo. Arslan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Arslan clinches up against the cage. Arslan manages to break the clinch.
Arslan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Llamas shoots in but no luck this time. Llamas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. This has been an exciting period of action! Llamas sitting in guard here, content to control. Llamas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Llamas postures up in Arslan's guard and throws a big left but Arslan blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Diego Llamas will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Arslan shoots in and drives through. Llamas sprawls well. Arslan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Llamas swats him away and circles back towards the center. Llamas is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Llamas fails with an attempt to clinch.
Llamas dives in and grabs Arslan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Arslan pushes down on Llamas's head and hops out. Llamas has a takedown stuffed. Arslan is looking for a counter combo. Atakan Arslan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Llamas fails to land the takedown. Atakan Arslan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Llamas. Llamas tries a head kick but it misses.

That's one minute gone in the round. Llamas tries to bench press Arslan off him but Arslan keeps the position. Llamas is breathing heavily. Llamas wants to control but Arslan postures up. Arslan wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Llamas, who protects the arm well.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Arslan is trying to get an arm triangle but Llamas is defending well. Arslan wants to stand but Llamas has his arm trapped.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Llamas avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Arslan. Arslan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Arslan misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Arslan tries to stand but Llamas is controlling his head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Llamas manages to get back to half guard. Arslan seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Llamas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Arslan tries to avoid it but Llamas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Arslan to the ground. Arslan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Arslan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Llamas's waist but Llamas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Arslan off to one side. Llamas closes the distance and clinches. Llamas is looking to take this one to the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Arslan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Llamas's corner calls for a 1-2. Llamas obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Arslan closes the distance and clinches. Llamas stalls. Llamas goes for a takedown in the clinch but Arslan prevents it.
Arslan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Arslan misses with a takedown attempt - Llamas sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Arslan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Llamas as he jumps to the side. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Atakan Arslan dominated that second round. That's time! Arslan's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Arslan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Llamas has him pressed against the cage. Arslan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Llamas gets in close and instigates a clinch. Llamas is trying to pull guard but Arslan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Arslan wants to break free but Llamas has control.
Diego Llamas seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Llamas successfully pulls guard.
Arslan drops back looking for a leg! Llamas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Llamas manages to kick Arslan off! Arslan jumps back into Llamas's guard. Arslan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Llamas looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Arslan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Arslan has gone for a leg lock! Llamas slips out almost immediately though and dives into Arslan's guard. Llamas wants to stand but Arslan has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Llamas postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Arslan is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Llamas, into his guard. Llamas looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Llamas controls Arslan momentarily but Arslan frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Llamas working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Arslan. Llamas has his foot on Arslan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Arslan works his way back into a safe position though. Llamas trying to keep a closed guard but Arslan is proving a slippery customer.
Arslan won't allow Llamas to get back to his feet. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Llamas not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Llamas throws out a leg kick but Arslan moves out of range and Llamas only half commits.
And that's the end of the fight! Diego Llamas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Llamas has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
