Di Pietro ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Mathis throws a right and a left that Di Pietro avoids nicely.
Mathis throws a body shot but no joy.
Di Pietro throws a quick inside leg kick.
Di Pietro bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Di Pietro thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Mathis if he has to take too many more of those.
Mathis takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Mathis looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Mathis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Di Pietro.
Di Pietro looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Mathis sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Di Pietro throws a front kick that sends Mathis stumbling back into the cage.
Di Pietro cracks Mathis with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
