Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Salvador Pierce (ranked 25242 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyrakos Adamou (ranked 5750 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Salvador Pierce! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyrakos Adamou! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adamou misses with a double jab.
Adamou looking to score a takedown here. Pierce is defending well but Adamou drives through and ends up in Pierce's guard. Pierce pushes Adamou off and scrambles back to his feet.
Pierce shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Adamou manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Pierce keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Adamou breaks from the clinch.
Adamou with a poor takedown and Pierce counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Adamou gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Pierce holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pierce breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Adamou swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Pierce rushes Adamou and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Adamou tries to pull guard but Pierce forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Salvador Pierce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyrakos Adamou. Adamou is pressed up against the cage. Pierce has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Adamou down to the mat. Adamou avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Pierce clinches with his opponent.
Pierce is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Adamou lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Salvador Pierce has been cut. Pierce breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pierce moves into the clinch. Pierce turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Pierce manages to end up in side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Adamou tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adamou can't do much from the bottom here. Pierce could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Adamou manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Adamou wants to stand up but Pierce is controlling the position.
Adamou is thwarting Pierce's attempts to control the position. Adamou is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Pierce doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Adamou. Adamou looks winded!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pierce wants to control the action here but instead Adamou manages to pass to full mount! Adamou working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Adamou breaks from Pierce's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pierce wants to control but Adamou is having none of it. Adamou looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Adamou is in the full mount, landing strikes. Adamou landing strikes, looking to finish! Pierce tries to get back to half guard but can't. Adamou controlling the position easily from mount. Adamou scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Pierce?
Pierce is rocked! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyrakos Adamou dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Adamou changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pierce tries to avoid it but Adamou manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pierce to the ground. Pierce escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Adamou is trying hard to land a takedown here. Pierce sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Horrible takedown attempt by Pierce or perhaps it was just good defense by Adamou, which made it look bad. Adamou tries to counter with a clinch but Pierce shakes him off and moves away. Adamou goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. As Adamou tries to get set, Pierce tries to push him back and clinch up but Adamou manages to avoid the attempt. Adamou goes for a double leg but Pierce avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Pierce continues to drive forward. Salvador Pierce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kyrakos Adamou. Adamou dives in and scores a takedown into Pierce's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pierce keeping moving, preventing Adamou from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pierce wants to sweep but no luck. Adamou is breathing heavily. Adamou wants to control from the top but Pierce keeps moving. Adamou slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Adamou pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pierce is keeping the position for now. Pierce looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A head kick by Adamou misses and Pierce counters with a left to the body. Adamou has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Nice sprawl there from Pierce as Adamou shoots in. Pierce shoots in looking for a takedown. Adamou tries to sprawl out of it but Pierce keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Adamou manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Adamou closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adamou wants to stand but Pierce has his arm trapped. Pierce gets back to half guard. Pierce tries to roll over but Adamou keeps him under control. Adamou is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pierce sees it coming and defends easily. Pierce is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Adamou takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Adamou seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pierce does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Pierce trying to hold on to Adamou's head to control him but Adamou postures up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Pierce needs to keep his hands up - Adamou had a free shot at his head there. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Adamou fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pierce to the ground. Adamou is now in Pierce's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pierce keeping moving, preventing Adamou from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kyrakos Adamou showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Adamou moves into the clinch. Pierce jumps guard and drags Adamou to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Adamou wants to control from the top but Pierce keeps moving. Adamou with a flurry of punches that miss. Adamou controls the pace of the fight for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Adamou won't allow Pierce to sweep him here. Kyrakos Adamou has got the better of the ground game so far. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Adamou's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Adamou showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Adamou takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pierce is not content to let Adamou control the position. Adamou uses his free foot to push down on Pierce's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Pierce. Adamou content just to control the position here. Adamou tries to control but Pierce wriggling away. Adamou swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pierce is now in Adamou's guard. A big mistake from Adamou there, giving up the dominant position!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Adamou is looking for a triangle but Pierce pushes his legs off easily.
Adamou has momentary wrist control but Pierce slips an elbow through the middle. Pierce working some strikes from top position. Adamou managing to control the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Adamou lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Kyrakos Adamou comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Adamou winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
