Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Atila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Buenaga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Daniel Cesar and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atila looks for a takedown but Buenaga sprawls well.
Atila tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Atila looks for the body kick but Buenaga saw that one coming.
Atila wants to clinch up but Buenaga keeps it at a distance.

Buenaga throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buenaga closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Atila is trying to control Buenaga's posture but Buenaga avoids it.
Buenaga tries to advance to mount but can't.
Buenaga cracks Atila with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Atila wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.

and Buenaga counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Buenaga.

Buenaga seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Atila does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Let's hope that Buenaga has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Atila shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Atila was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Buenaga is looking to get to half guard.
Atila wants to control the pace but Buenaga is squirming around nicely.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Buenaga wants to hold on but Atila pushes him away.

Atila will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Buenaga utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Buenaga has control of Atila's left arm, preventing Atila from doing any damage.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ivan Atila will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Atila gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Atila is trying to keep Buenaga in close.
Buenaga stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Atila swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Buenaga seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
