Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sambo Trambai (ranked 1371 p4p, 209 weight class) and Andy Shifter (ranked 2050 p4p, 297 weight class). Shifter has chosen Lützenkirchen- Nutcracker as his entrance music. Andy Shifter has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sambo Trambai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Shifter!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shifter ducks under a wild hook from Trambai.
Shifter avoids the head kick by Trambai.
Shifter closes the distance but Trambai moves to the side
and Trambai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Trambai has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Trambai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Shifter only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Shifter fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Trambai checks it well.
Trambai comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shifter jumps guard.
Shifter had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Trambai defends it easily.
Shifter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Trambai is aware though and is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shifter is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Shifter has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Trambai should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Shifter has tightened it up now! Trambai should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
