Manaia misses with the head strike.
Melton is pushing Manaia up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Come on Melton - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Melton swings wildly with an uppercut but Manaia uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Melton has Manaia pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Melton pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Manaia tumbling to the mat - Melton dives into Manaia's guard.
Manaia is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Melton dives into side control.

Manaia looking for a sweep but Melton has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Melton tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Manaia tries to improve his position but Melton has taken his back! Melton has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Manaia tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Melton pushes Manaia away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
