The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mostert rushes Reich and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Reich lands a shoulder strike.
Reich keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mostert's efforts to push away.

Mostert tries to throw a body punch but Reich avoids it by throwing Mostert back against the cage.
Mostert has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Reich is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Mostert is trying to push Reich away but Reich has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Pieter Daan Mostert seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Reich connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mostert. Mostert circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Mostert moves in looking to clinch but Reich pushes him off.
Mostert scores with a one two! Reich had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Reich sizes up Mostert with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Reich drops Mostert with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Mostert! Reich dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
