Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Reneau (ranked 4919 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mehdi Boukhidous (ranked 5245 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boukhidous tries for a takedown but Reneau sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Reneau jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

A quick step to the side and Reneau tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
