The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego connects with a looping right hand.
Tophat tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Diego counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Tophat lands with a nice body punch.
Diego digs a good hook to Tophat's body.
Tophat throws a quick inside leg kick.
Tophat looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Diego pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A looping hook to the body misses from Diego. Tophat does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tophat tries to counter by clinching up but Diego breaks away and moves out of range.
Diego cracks Tophat with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Tophat takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Tophat is trying to maintain a safe position but Diego gets an underhook and turns Tophat into the cage.

Diego has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Tophat seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Diego can turn it around.
