Zerstorer darts in trying to clinch

and Rogers counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Zerstorer has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rogers is working away from the top position though.
Rogers looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Zerstorer is trying to escape back to his feet but Rogers uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Rogers thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zerstorer tries to bench press Rogers off him but Rogers keeps the position.

Rogers is trying to get an arm triangle but Zerstorer is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
