Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dre Bly (ranked 5423 p4p, 507 weight class) and Cheikh Nassim (ranked 3311 p4p, 339 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bly might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to O dog- Gucci Mane. Nassim has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Cheikh Nassim has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Dre Bly's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Bly tenderised Nassim's leg. Nassim is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nassim looks winded!
Bly staying out of range there.
Nassim takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Cheikh Nassim has been cut.
Nassim takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bly turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bly scores with a leg kick.
Bly throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Nassim closes the distance but Bly moves to the side
and Bly counters with a left to the body.
Bly connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Bly lands a big head kick that sends Nassim tumbling to the mat! Bly takes a step backwards and waves Nassim back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Nassim is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bly fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Nassim to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Nassim looks to clinch but Bly throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Nassim taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Dre Bly!
