Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carwyn Cain (ranked 1029 p4p, 122 weight class) and Mark Henderson (ranked 1249 p4p, 154 weight class). Mark Henderson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain is looking to score with low kicks.
Cain shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Henderson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
