These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Woods appears to be looking for a big counter.
Ali moves into the clinch.
Ali pulls Woods into guard.
Ali is working an open guard so Woods takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ali shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Woods sprawls well. Woods wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ali gets slowly back to his feet.
Woods shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Woods was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Ali is pushing Woods's head away, looking to escape. Woods manages to hold on to the position though.
Woods goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ali rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Woods's guard! Nice work there by Ali!
Woods has momentary wrist control but Ali slips an elbow through the middle.
Ali with a flurry of punches that miss.

Ali prevents Woods from getting back to his feet.
Woods controls Ali momentarily but Ali frees himself.
Woods is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ali is aware though and is defending well.
Ali thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ali decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ali fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Woods was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Ali throws a lazy head kick
and Woods counters with a two punch combo.
Woods moves out of range of the strikes.
Woods shoots in and gets a takedown into Ali's guard.
Ali has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Woods doesn't defend quickly enough and Ali has managed to lock this one up! Can Woods escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Ali on a fantastic submission victory.
