Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Great Tiger (ranked 3575 p4p, 281 weight class) and Antonio Zetsika (ranked 3172 p4p, 253 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Great Tiger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antonio Zetsika! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tiger lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Zetsika manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tiger on his heels. He'll look to pass Tiger's guard now, I'm sure. Zetsika scoring with punches to the head and body. Tiger avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Zetsika is looking to work some ground and pound but Tiger has wrist control. Tiger working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Zetsika. Zetsika throwing strikes but missing. Zetsika lands a couple of elbows. My spies in Hardpunch (13 Elite / 1000$ inform me that Zetsika has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! Zetsika throws an elbow that misses. Tiger uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Zetsika's guard. Nice move by Tiger! Zetsika trying to keep a closed guard but Tiger is proving a slippery customer.

Zetsika has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zetsika trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Tiger postures up in Zetsika's guard and throws a big left but Zetsika blocks it. Tiger avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Tiger controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Tiger wants to control from the top but Zetsika keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Tiger throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Tiger trying to control but Zetsika is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tiger works over Zetsika with some ground and pound from guard. Zetsika had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Tiger defends it easily. Zetsika has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Tiger doesn't defend quickly enough and Zetsika has managed to lock this one up! Can Tiger escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Zetsika on a fantastic submission victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Antonio Zetsika!
