Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Magyan Murko (ranked 3868 p4p, 386 weight class) and Ricardinho Vieira (ranked 3631 p4p, 371 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magyan Murko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardinho Vieira! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Murko works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Vieira fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Murko slips a jab from Vieira. Murko throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Murko leaves Vieira with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. And Murko counters with a quick kick to the body but Vieira blocks it. Vieira looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Murko! Murko tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Vieira wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Murko gets back to half guard. Vieira is thwarting Murko's attempts to control the position. Vieira looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vieira is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vieira winds up and cracks Murko with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Murko won't allow Vieira to pass to mount. Vieira is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Murko is just riding it out for now. Vieira eventually gives up the hold. Murko is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at The Jungle -Apply Within, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Vieira is looking for a kimura but Murko is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Vieira to get the leverage. Vieira is trying to work for a kimura but Murko is defending well.
Murko is trying to get back to full guard. Vieira has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Murko is working hard here to advance position. Murko is doing well to control the position and prevent Vieira from advancing to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vieira is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Murko has managed to free his arm - good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Vieira is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Vieira wants to control but Murko is keeping him busy. Vieira is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Murko is just riding it out for now. Vieira eventually gives up the hold. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Murko wants to improve his position but Vieira is controlling well.
Murko looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Murko tries to roll over but Vieira keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vieira is nestled in close to Murko, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Vieira is looking for a kimura but Murko is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Vieira to get the leverage. Murko tries to get to full guard but Vieira has control of the leg. Murko looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Murko is looking to improve his position.
Vieira works his foot free and advances to mount. Vieira prevents Murko from getting the reversal.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vieira is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Murko has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Murko! Vieira keeping moving, preventing Murko from controlling successfully. Vieira escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Murko gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Vieira looking for a guillotine here but Murko defends easily.
Vieira looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Murko wants to pass the guard but Vieira is keeping the position. Murko trying to control the position from guard on top but Vieira is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricardinho Vieira dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Vieira moves out of range as Murko throws a body kick.
Vieira takes one to the chin there. Vieira throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Murko tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vieira is in Murko's guard. Murko is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Vieira is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Murko is looking for a triangle but Vieira pushes his legs off easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vieira stands and throws Murko's legs to the side, diving into side control. Murko gets back to half guard. Vieira wants to work for an arm triangle but Murko is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murko gets full guard. Vieira postures up.
Vieira postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Vieira drops back looking for a leg! Murko is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Murko manages to kick Vieira off! Vieira jumps back into Murko's guard. Vieira lands a couple of digs. Murko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vieira gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Murko keeping moving, preventing Vieira from controlling successfully. Murko is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Vieira is aware though and is defending well. Vieira is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murko is looking to cinch up a triangle. Vieira throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Murko's body to avoid the submission. Murko has instead reached around Vieira's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Murko arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Magyan Murko! An out of breath Magyan Murko thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
