Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Mostert (ranked 4939 p4p, 445 weight class) and Mosi Kondo (ranked 3580 p4p, 364 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mostert closes the distance and pushes Kondo back into the cage.
Kondo's coach down at XFighter was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kondo's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Kondo makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Kondo lands a shoulder strike.
Kondo tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mostert's elbow.
Kondo lands a nice uppercut.
Kondo misses with a punch to the body.
Kondo lands a shoulder strike.

Mostert is rocked!
Kondo throws a head punch that misses.
Oh Mostert is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mostert definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A head punch on the inside from Kondo fails to land.
Kondo throws a punch but it's blocked by Mostert.
Mostert blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Mostert swings wildly with an uppercut but Kondo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kondo swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Kondo pushes Mostert against the cage. Kondo is working some dirty boxing. Kondo pushes off with a quick right hook! Mostert goes down! Mostert tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Kondo moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mosi Kondo!
Mosi Kondo decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
