Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between FiveX Carwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otavio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Carwin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to big hands. Gracie has chosen Feel Good Drag as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Otavio Gracie! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carwin tries to clinch there but Gracie circles away.
Gracie ducks under a wild hook from Carwin. Gracie tries to clinch and Carwin counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Gracie is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Carwin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Gracie has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

FiveX Carwin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Otavio Gracie. Carwin cracks Gracie with a nice body shot. Carwin lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie has Carwin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Carwin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Gracie's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Gracie jumps guard but Carwin stands there with Gracie around his waist. Gracie gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

This has been an exciting period of action! Gracie takes an elbow to the forehead. Carwin gets underhooks to prevent Gracie's takedown attempt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gracie is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Carwin pulls him back up using the underhooks. Nice elbow from Carwin. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A telegraphed right hand from Carwin misses the target. Carwin looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range. Carwin clinches up against the cage. Carwin lands an elbow just above Gracie 's eye. Carwin landing some nice looking knees to the body.

The cut above Otavio Gracie's eye is starting to cause him problems now. A head punch blocked on the inside by Gracie.
That's one minute gone in the round. Carwin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Gracie takes an elbow to the temple. Carwin working aggressively here.
Gracie gets control of Carwin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Gracie will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Carwin has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Carwin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Carwin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Carwin trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Carwin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Gracie has an active guard here but Carwin has managed to pass into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie wants to get back to full guard. Gracie is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Carwin's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Carwin's back! Gracie trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
