Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Alexandre Firmino and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dias throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Muniz's waist but Muniz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dias off to one side.
Muniz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Muniz trying to control but Dias is having none of it.
Muniz gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Dias avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nice body kick there by Muniz.
Dias closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Muniz gets back to half guard.
Muniz manages to escape and get back to his feet!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Dias. No joy for Muniz on that attempt.
Dias darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Dias is breathing heavily.
Muniz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Dias is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Muniz is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
