The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Unknown swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Unknown turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Unknown manages to end up in side control.

Unknown closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Holt to the mat! Holt manages to get full guard.
Holt throws his legs up looking for a submission but Unknown uses it to pass to side control.
Unknown decides to stand back up. Unknown steps back and let's Holt get back to his feet.

Unknown shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Unknown was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Holt is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Unknown pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Holt got a little sloppy there for a moment and Unknown has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Holt has managed to get both his arms back between Unknown's legs - danger averted.

Well Unknown has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
