The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miskovic cracks Kalashnikov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Nice uppercut there from Miskovic.
Kalashnikov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Miskovic counters with a nice uppercut.
Kalashnikov has his takedown stuffed
and Miskovic counters with a stiff right hand.
Kalashnikov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Miskovic defends well and Kalashnikov ends up having to push Miskovic into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mikhail Kalashnikov. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Miskovic looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kalashnikov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Miskovic pushes Kalashnikov away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kalashnikov gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Kalashnikov lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Miskovic down.

Miskovic is not content to let Kalashnikov control the position.
Kalashnikov is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Miskovic is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Kalashnikov throws a strike aimed at the side of Miskovic's head but Miskovic avoids it well.

Kalashnikov postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

It looks like Milos Miskovic has been cut.

That has opened up Milos Miskovic's cut even more.
Kalashnikov cracks Miskovic with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Kalashnikov immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Miskovic is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Kalashnikov!
