Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iosue Nicu (ranked 347 p4p, 54 weight class) and Darth Sidious (ranked 467 p4p, 72 weight class). Nicu comes to the cage accompanied by It's Dark and Hell Is Hot. Iosue Nicu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicu takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Nicu throws a leg kick that is checked
and Nicu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Iosue Nicu has been cut.
Nicu scores with a hook to the body. Sidious takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Nicu takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Nicu.
Nicu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sidious.
Nicu throws a nice head kick!
A big left from Nicu misses.
Sidious lands a nice looking body shot.
Sidious moves out of range of the body kick from Nicu.
Decent striking displayed by Nicu there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nicu has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hart Family Dungeon in the buildup to the fight.
Sidious avoids the head kick by Nicu.
Nicu misses with a kick to the body.
Sidious counters with a body kick.

Nicu blocks a jab.
Sidious has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Nicu - that will leave a mark!
Sidious looks for the body kick but Nicu saw that one coming.
Sidious lands with a kick to the ribs.
Nicu scores with a nice strike.
Sidious needs to keep his hands up - Nicu had a free shot at his head there.
Nicu fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sidious manages to avoid it.
Nice body punch from Sidious.
Sidious walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Nicu wants to slow Sidious down by chopping away at his legs.
Nicu scores with a body shot.
Nicu lets loose with a powerful body kick. Sidious will feel that in the morning.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Sidious throws a shot from downtown. Nicu moves away and avoids it.

Sidious connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nicu's hands.
No joy there for Sidious, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nicu was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nicu. Sidious does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sidious misses with a straight right.
Nicu with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Sidious moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
A low kick from Nicu is predictable there
and Sidious counters with a stiff right hand.
Sidious connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Nicu misses with a left hand
and Sidious counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nicu is rocked!
Sidious lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Oh Nicu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Iosue Nicu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nicu moves out of range of the strikes.
Nicu seems to have got his legs back now.
Nicu throws an off balance right hand
and Sidious counters with a solid body kick.
Sidious takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

Nicu lands with a right hand.
Nicu takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Sidious throws a body punch but Nicu moves out of range.
Nicu thows a left - swing and a miss!
Sidious throws out a counter right but Nicu avoids it with no problem.
Sidious throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Sidious lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Sidious lands a big uppercut and Nicu crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nicu looks OK. Sidious waves Nicu back to his feet!
Iosue Nicu's cut is getting worse.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nicu looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Sidious fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nicu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Nicu avoids the body shot from Sidious.
Nicu slips a jab from Sidious.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Sidious.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sidious lands a big head kick that sends Nicu to the canvas! Sidious follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
