Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Couture (ranked 1680 p4p, 258 weight class) and Bradford Forbes (ranked 1507 p4p, 228 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forbes throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Couture connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Couture dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Couture uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Forbes.
Couture ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Forbes ducks under a wild hook from Couture.
Couture swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Forbes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Couture moves away.
Couture swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
A short left from Couture.
Couture fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Forbes tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Forbes misses with a punch to the body.
Forbes lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Couture tries to work over Forbes's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Forbes.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Couture blocks a body shot from Forbes.
Couture lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Forbes or not.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Forbes tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Couture just stands there and leans against the cage.
Forbes lands a hook to the side of the head.
Forbes jumps guard but Couture turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
A head punch on the inside from Couture fails to land.
Couture scores with a hook to the body.
Forbes blocks a body shot from Couture.
Forbes pulls guard effortlessly.
Couture has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Forbes looking for a guillotine here but Couture defends easily.
Couture trying to move into half guard but instead Forbes has managed to sweep!
Couture wants to sweep but no luck.
Forbes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Forbes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Couture on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Couture tries to get out of the position.

Couture knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Forbes on the ground.
Forbes drops back looking for a leg! Couture is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Couture manages to kick Forbes off! Forbes jumps back into Couture's guard.
Forbes drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Forbes seems to have locked his on tight now - Couture screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Forbes, as he picks up the win!

After winning the bout, Bradford Forbes thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
The defeated Dan Couture had this to say: 'did u fart? or is that ur breath??'.
