The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poohs tries a head kick but it misses.
Poohs explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
We've been hearing reports that Poohs has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Dennis closes the distance and pushes Poohs back into the cage.
Dennis takes a shot to the head.
Dennis breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dennis looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Poohs tries to keep at a distance but Dennis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Poohs has a couple of punches blocked by Dennis.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dennis shoots and misses
and Poohs counters with a nice uppercut.
Dennis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Poohs.
Poohs connects with a single shot there.

Dennis dives in for a single leg takedown but Poohs sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Poohs tests Dennis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
A big right from Poohs misses.
Dennis takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Dennis is rocked!
A left lands for Poohs.
Dennis is still on wobbly legs! Can Poohs finish him?
It looks like Holt Dennis has been cut.
Dennis gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Poohs gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
